Macintosh User Group leaders, members, and anyone interested in learning more about the user group experience are invited to attend this unique session. MUG enthusiasts from around the globe will gather to present information on their groups and why MUGs are one of the best, most essential and most fun resources for Mac users of all skill levels. MUGs provide a variety of resources to their members such as training, support, product demonstrations and much more. The session will include members of the The Apple User Group Advisory Board and Apple Regional Liaison Team leading discussions on all facets of the user group experience.

The session will conclude with with a raffle of products from some of the Macintosh industry's leading vendors.

Chuck serves as Chairman of the Apple User Group Advisory Board. He is also Editor-In-Chief of The MUG Center, the resource site for Macintosh User Groups, and host of The User Group Report, the series of audio interviews with people making news in the MUG community.
