Macintosh User Groups - An Essential Resource

Thursday, January 10, 6 PM - 7:30 PM
Moscone Room 302
Open to all Expo attendees

If you are new to the Mac, new to user groups, or need to be introduced to the most valuable resource a Mac user can have, then this session is for you.

Macintosh User Groups (MUGs) represent an amazing asset to Mac users of all levels and interests. Over one thousand user groups worldwide offer problem solving, software demonstrations, technical expertise, training, enthusiasm, friendship and fun to the Mac community.

In this session you'll learn all about MUGs, meet MUG leaders from a variety of locations and backgrounds, find out what MUGs are all about, what kind of benefits and services are provided, how to find one near you, or how to start your own.

All MUG leaders and members are invited to attend this session to meet, talk about their groups and what they offer and why people should get involved in the user group community. An informal, unstructured set of dinner outings will be organized following the session. (Dutch treat)
