More and more user groups are findng out that having insurance is a necessity. Even if you don't have physical assets to protect (a computer, projector, etc.), many meeting locations and special event facilities require a certificate of liability insurance.

- Insurance provided by our school.
- We rent a City own facility which requires a hefty per event fee. We made a deal with them for half off if we paid for a year in advance.
- Just went down $1,000 since we consolidated meeting spaces
