The eighth User Group University has been announced for January 2007 in San Francisco, in conjunction with Macworld Expo 2007.
Billed as, "…the premier leadership conference for Apple User Group officers," the event is scheduled for January 8 from 12:05 PM – 7:30 PM. Registration is open.
The keynote address will be delivered by Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.
This year’s event will include a "dream team" session with three MacNotables panelists, Christopher Breen, Senior Editor at Macworld magazine, Adam Engst of TidBITS and Take Control, and Bob "Dr. Mac" LeVitus, wordsmith, raconteur, and columnist for the Houston Chronicle and The Mac Observer.

As with last year’s UGU, the team will take questions from the audience and give their unique perspectives on where user groups are going.
