Many user groups offer their members a resource CD or DVD as a benefit of being part of the group, while others use it as a small revenue generator. Even though the internet and high-speed access has made accessing shareware easier, there still is a market for this asset. But how often makes sense?

- Very popular with members who attend meetings. No attempt has been made to distributre to members who do not attend. One problem has been that the entire job is centred on one person.
