The MUG Event Calendar for July 2: Epson, the iPhone, Leopard, Web Browsers and more
In spite of many North American groups taking a summer break and a holiday in the United States, the Mac User Group world is buzzing with interesting meeting topics and presenters. As you would expect, whether it is the scheduled main topic or not, the iPhone will be capturing plenty of attention wherever Mac users gather.
Dean Magrath of Epson will be presenting archival printing in Australia, the iPhone will be the star in Florida, California and everywhere else, and Leopard will be previewed in Australia and North Carolina.
This time of year is ideal for more socially-oriented meetings and many groups follow that trend. Picnics, pizza parties and more are on tap in Colorado, Pennsylvania and Iowa. Podcasts and related technologies will be shown in New Zealand and .Mac will get the star treatment in California.
