The MUG Event Calendar for September 15: Ian Schray of Softpress, Avery, iTunes 8, Google Chrome, and a 30th Anniversary Celebration
The MUG Event Calendar starts to reflect the announcements at Apple’s “Let’s Rock” event, as well as a wide variety of topics, presentations and demos.
Ian Schray of Softpress continues on the Freeway Road Show, this time stopping in Oregon for a MUG demo of their web authoring software, Avery will be showing off their labeling solutions at a California group, and the Houston Area Apple Users Group will hold a celebration of their 30th anniversary.
Groups in Tennessee and Oregon will be formally demonstrating the capabilities of the new iTunes 8, and the App Store is on the agenda in Wisconsin. Other topics getting top-level attention include Pages, podcasting, Pixelmator, SketchUp, FileMaker, Bento, YahooGroups and much, much more.
